The Florida Reading Initiative (FRI) is a K-12 reading achievement initiative that provides professional development, support and follow-up for comprehensive school reform of instructional programs. The Florida Reading Initiative’s primary goal is to significantly improve reading instruction and ultimately achieve 100% literacy for all students in Florida.
