STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION May 20, 2003 PROPOSED BOARD ACTION Request approval to amend State Board of Education Rule 6A-14.057, Student Activities, to require each board of trustees to adopt procedures for student participation in the development of the budget for expenditures funded from the student activity and service fee. Such procedures shall require the budget to be based upon an estimate of total funds generated from this fee as well as an estimate of funds carried forward from the prior year.
