A quick check of the SLD database indicates that Florida has not submitted for all the "committed monies." I would like to ask that all entities that received approved FRNs for Year 4 (2001-2002) to examine whether or not they submitted a Form 472, if required. Example: Generally Alltel provides the discounts on their bills. So, if your service provider has been providing you the discounts already, you do not have to submit a BEAR form.
