Chapter 216.0111, Florida Statutes (F.S.) requires that contracts, including direct orders and purchase orders, which exceed the Category II threshold ($35,000) established in Section 287.017, F.S., and which were not awarded by competitive solicitation or purchased from a purchasing agreement or state term contract, be reported to the Department of Financial Services.
The Chief Financial Officer’s Non-Competitive Solicitation of Commodities and Services Reporting (Non-Competitive Reporting application) website application was developed for reporting the information required by Chapter 216.0111, F.S. However, the Non-Competitive Reporting application is being replaced by the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS) application, effective March 1, 2012.
This memorandum replaces Agency Addressed Memorandum No. 26, 2010-2011, issued on April 20, 2011.
