Effective July 1, 2012, agencies will be required to record a FLAIR Contract ID on all payments associated with a contract reported in the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS). FLAIR payments without a Contract ID must be subsequently corrected with a transaction 10 or 58.
