Paragraph (1) of Rule 6A-14.057, Student Activities, is amended to read: 6A-14.057 Student Activities. (1) Expenditures from student activity and service fees shall be according to a budget prepared jointly by students and college staff and approved by the president. Each board of trustees shall adopt procedures for student participation in the development of the budget for expenditures funded from the student activity and service fee. Such procedures shall require the budget to be based upon an estimate of total funds generated from this fee as well as an estimate of funds carried forward from the prior year.
