Workforce Education Fees 2004-2005 The General Appropriations Act provides that school districts and community colleges shall increase workforce education fees by 5%. The following fee table provides the minimum and maximum fee rates for 2004-05. The actual rate that your district or college must use will vary depending on the fee rate that you established for 2003-04. You must increase last year’s fee rate by 5%.
