2004-2005 Course Code Directory Additions
In preparation for the 2004-2005 school year, school districts have the option
of submitting courses to be approved and included in the
Course Code
Directory
.
If your school district has identified a need for a new course, a
request for a new addition to the
2004-2005 Course Code Directory
may be
made through the submission of a completed Department of Education Form
ESE 104, which is attached.
The completed form and appropriate attachments must be postmarked by
June
27, 2003
, for review.
If approved, the effective date will remain the same,
August 1, 2004.
This timeline will be of benefit to the school districts for
expediting the new course approval process.
