SUBJECT: Special Milk Program Reimbursement Rate for 2002-2003
The reimbursement rate effective July 1, 2002, is $0.135 for eight ounces (1/2 pint) of milk
served to children in an approved program.
Note that the USDA posts the annually established reimbursement rate for milk along with
program information at its Food and Nutrition website: www.fns.usda.gov/cnd/milk.
