Revised 2002-2003 Lunch Allocations

On September 13, 2002, you were sent CFO Memo 03-19, along with the

“2002-2003 State Lunch Allocation.”

There was a software error in the “All Lunch Earning” column that inflated the

number of lunches for one district. In order to correct the error and distribute the

state lunch match funds in accordance with the state formula, the district allocations

have been revised for the second through fourth quarters. Except for the district

impacted by the error, all other districts will receive a slight increase.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. The

attached spreadsheet shows the corrected allocations for the second, third, and

fourth quarters of 2002-2003.
