Florida Senate Youth Program Survey

The Florida Senate has requested information related to youth programs from your school district or

college service area. They are collecting data about programs that prepare youth to enter the workforce

or to continue with higher education following high school. The attached Senate request letter provides

additional details on the types of programs to be included.

Please go to http://www.oppaga.state.fl.us/monitordocs/nosearch/surveys/youthprogs.htm to access the

survey the Senate developed. Below are a few particulars to keep in mind as you complete the survey:

For identification purposes, please include your district name or college name in the “job title” box

along with the person’s job title. For example, the job title box may be completed as “Curriculum

Director, Orange County” or “Assistant Registrar, Santa Fe Community College”.

Under the agency check list, please check “School Districts” rather than the “Education.”

Re-enter the Web site, complete and submit the survey for each program you are providing data.
