2008-2009 APPROVED LIST OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS

 

 

The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the completion of the 2008-2009

instructional materials adoption in K-12 English for Speakers of Other Languages, K-12

Language Arts, 6-12 Literature, and K-12 Music.

 

The Commissioner of Education has approved the recommendations of our state committees

which can be found in the 2008-2009 State Instructional Materials Committees’ Report. This

report, which has been forwarded to your district’s instructional materials administrator, is

available at http://www.fldoe.org/bii/instruct_mat//SIMCReport0809.asp. The approved

materials are for six-year contracts. They will be available for purchase from the depository with

whom the publisher has contracted beginning April 1, 2009.
