SUBJECT: INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
NO LONGER ON STATE CONTRACT
AFTER MARCH 31, 2009
Enclosed is a list of the instructional materials that will go off state contract on March 31, 2009.
The Florida School Book Depository will accept and fill orders for these materials at the state
contract price through the close of the business day on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. After that
date, the materials may or may not still be available from the Depository. The publisher's current
price will be in effect for any items available.
New materials will be adopted and available for purchase on April 1, 2009, for K-12 English for
Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), K-12 Language Arts, 6-12 Literature, and K-12 Music.
In addition to the list of materials that will no longer be on contract after March 31, 2009, you
will also find enclosed a list of materials whose contracts are extended from April 1, 2009 –
March 31, 2011.
