schools to implement service delivery
models and effective instructional
strategies that promote successful
participation in the general education
curriculum.
Evidence of Change
Goal:
The percent of students with disabilities
scoring at level 3 and above on the FCAT
increases by five percent over baseline by
2004-05.
Benchmarks:
In 2002-03, percent of students with
disabilities at level 3 and above
increases by two percent over baseline.
In 2003-04, percent of students with
disabilities at level 3 and above
increases by two percent over 2002-03.
