Attached is the 2001-2002 Report of Actual Services and Expenditures for
Students with Disabilities. This report replaces the Auxiliary Learning Aids
(ALA) Report. This new report is in Lotus and Excel and is being sent
electronically to the College’s Business Officers and Disability Coordinators.
This report differs from the Auxiliary Learning Aids (ALA) Report in that it only
requests expenditures from Fund 1.
In order to facilitate the preparation of the response, we are asking you to email
your responses to sophia.gaines@fldoe.org as well as to complete and mail the
attached form no later than
October 14, 2002
