    This meeting will provide participants with the opportunity to learn valuable information, identify issues for resolution,
    and share ideas related to the coordination of schools and Medicaid services. Invitees include school district personnel
    (Directors of Exceptional Student Education Programs (ESE), Student Services Directors, Medicaid Contacts, and
    Finance Officers), Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) headquarters staff, and area school services
    representatives, Department of Education (DOE) staff, and vendors currently contracting with school districts.

    An update of the MACS will be presented.

    Case Management pilot proposed to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services through a
    Medicaid State Plan Amendment.

    — Follow Highway 436 North 19 miles to Altamonte Springs. Turn
    right on Cranes Roost Boulevard (four traffic lights, past Altamonte Shopping Mall). Follow Cranes
    Roost Boulevard to the bottom of the hill, and make a left onto Shorecrest Lane. Embassy Suites is on
    the left.
    From North Florida
    — Take I-75 South to Highway 50 and head west to I-4. Turn left and head east to
    Exit 92 (Altamonte Springs). Make a right at the light, which is State Road 436. Go to the first traffic
    light (Cranes Roost Boulevard) and make a left. Follow Cranes Roost Boulevard to the bottom of the
    hill, and make a left onto Shorecrest Lane. Embassy Suites is on the left.
    From South Florida
    — Take I-95 North to 528 (the Bee Line Expressway) and head west to I-4. Turn
    right on I-4 and head east to Exit 92 (Altamonte Springs). Make a right at the light, which is State Road
    436. Go to the first traffic light (Cranes Roost Boulevard) and make a left. Follow Cranes Roost Boulevard
