The Florida legislature created the new FSAG-CE program in 2007 to provide need-based assistance to
Florida residents enrolled in eligible career education certificate programs.

The Department of Education allocation formula represents each institution’s portion of the
appropriation based on its percentage of full-time equivalent students in eligible programs.

Attached is your sector’s 2007-08 FSAG-CE allocation notice for Term 1, which will be
transmitted in August.

The maximum annual award amount for 2007-08 is $1,808. See the chart below for the
maximum award amounts by enrollment hours.
