Attached are the instructions for preparing the 2001-2002 Cost Analysis Reports which

are due in this office no later than

October 7, 2002

.

 

All three report forms, the CA-1, CA-2W, and CA-2, will be electronically sent directly to

your Business Officers and your Reports Coordinators. They are to be submitted to the

Division by e-mail in either Lotus Version 5.0 or higher or Excel 97 or higher. E-mail

your reports directly to Sophia Gaines whose e-mail address is sophia.gaines@fldoe.org.

 

As a reminder to those who prepare the CA-1 and CA-2 reports, they have been protected

and sealed so entries can be made only in cells which contain cost data.

in entering data. Such use will cause affected cells to

become protected and prevent entries into them. The reports and instructions are in

accordance with the new formats approved by the Council of Business Affairs.

 

In addition to the e-mail submission indicated above, a printed copy of the reports, with a

letter of transmittal signed by the President, should be submitted by

October 7, 2002
