Guidelines
In support of the State Board of Education’s imperative to increase the quantity and improve the
quality of educational options for Florida’s families, the Department is pleased to provide this
technical assistance paper (TAP) on Charter School Financial Recovery Plan Guidelines. The
2006 Legislature amended the state of financial emergency law to include charter schools. This
TAP provides guidelines to charter schools regarding financial recovery plans.
