The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the completion of the 2006-2007
instructional materials adoption in the following subject areas:
K-12 Health Education/Physical Education
6-12 Health Science Education
6-12 Technology Education
6-12 Computer Education/Business Technology Education
6-12 Family and Consumer Sciences
9-12 Industrial Education
K-12 Visual Arts
K-12 World Languages
The Commissioner of Education has approved the recommendations of our state committees and
the list of titles can be found at http://www.firn.edu/doe/instmat/0607adoption/adopted0607.pdf.
These materials will be on contract for a six-year period from April 1, 2007 - March 31, 2013,
and may be purchased from the Florida School Book Depository. Please contact the Office of
Instructional Materials with any questions you may have.
