    Summary
    :
    In support of the Florida Department of Education’s dedication to coordinating efforts to improve higher
    student learning, we are including information on the submission of student transcripts.
     
    High school student transcripts (grades 9-12) must be submitted three times a year; all middle school
    students in grades 6-8 who have completed a high school-level course must have their transcripts submitted
    with the third transmission. In addition any middle school student who has completed a high school-level
    Algebra course and receives a grade of “C” or better must submit a Student End-of-Year Status Format in
    Department of Education (FDOE) High School Transcript Database and for using the transcript status
    reports are attached.
