2001-02 Federal Medicaid Earnings Expenditure Report
The 1995 Legislature created Section 236.0812, Florida Statutes, relating to the participation of school
districts in the federal Medicaid program. Subsection (4) of this law states: “Each school district’s
continued participation in certifying funds to be reimbursed for Medicaid expenditures is contingent upon
the district providing to the department an annual accounting of how the federal Medicaid
reimbursements are utilized.” In accordance with this requirement, we have attached a form for your
use in providing this information for the 2001-02 fiscal year.
Please return your completed form to this office no later than September 28, 2002. If you have any
