The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you that the 2001-2002 Annual

Cost Analysis, which was tentatively scheduled for release on August 2, 2002, is

being delayed by approximately two weeks. This delay is the result of incorrect

data submitted to our Bureau of Research and Information Systems’ Student

Database. As a result of this incorrect data, the Bureau had to reopen the database

to allow twelve colleges to resubmit their data. These colleges resubmitted their

data, and it is currently being reviewed. Our revised date of release is Monday,

August 19, 2002, with a date of response no later than Monday, September 30,

2002. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
