On Friday, May 5, 2006, the Florida Legislature enacted the Conference Committee Report on

HB 5001, the 2006-2007 General Appropriations Act. A copy of the calculation of the FEFP

produced by the 2006 Legislature, consistent with the funding and policies established in the

Conference Report, is available at http://www.firn.edu/doe/strategy/fefp1st.htm. The calculation

is the planning document or first calculation for the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
