Corrected List of District and School File Names for the 2001-02 Cohort Graduation Rate
Data Verification and Review Process
Recently, it was brought to my attention that some of the file/dataset names listed on Attachment 1 of
the graduation rate memorandum sent on March 15 omitted the year and survey designations. A
complete (corrected) listing follows. (Please refer to the original memorandum for timelines addressing
availability of the files and reports.)
Preliminary Report Files
These files/reports contain preliminary data for only three years because we will not have your 2001-
2002 Survey 5 data until after the close of the survey in September 2002. Please keep in mind that when
you eventually receive your report containing all students in the cohort, the students in the preliminary
file might have a different status.
