Technical Assistance Paper, Planning and Implementation Subgrants
We are pleased to provide this technical assistance paper (TAP) designed to provide guidance to
charter school administrators on The Charter School Program (CSP) use of subgrant funds. The
CSP provides funds to support planning, program design, and initial implementation of charter
schools. This document summarizes Federal guidelines to ensure that the use of subgrant funds
is in compliance with Federal statutes and regulations.
