2002-03 Categorical Program Allocations for Instructional
Materials
Several districts have inquired about the composition of their Instructional
Materials Allocation. This information can be found on page 36 (page 38 of the
pdf file) of the attachment accompanying DPBM 02-95 regarding the 2002-03
Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) Planning Document.
The
Instructional Materials allocation is composed of the following three separate
allocations:

The allocation for Instructional Materials will remain the same until after the October 2002 survey
period.
Library Media and Science Laboratory Materials funds will be distributed in the same
manner as the Instructional Materials funds: 50% on July 10, 35% on October 10, 10% on January
10, and the balance on June 10.
For your convenience, a breakdown of the Instructional Materials Allocation for each district is
attached.
