    The June 2002 results of the College-Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) are enclosed.
    Means and passing rates for first-time examinees and for retake examinees are shown
    for each public and for each independent institution as well as for the following
    aggregates: public universities, community colleges, gender and racial/ethnic categories,
    public university native students, and public university transfer students.
