Invitation to Contribute to Access Task Force
The sixth meeting of the Access Task Force is scheduled for Wednesday, December 7, 2005. The Task Force
meeting will be held at the Florida Department of Education’s Turlington Building from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. in
Room 1703/07. Chair Carolyn Roberts and I again invite your presence and participation in Task Force activities.
Our agenda will have specific time set aside, in five minute time-slots, to hear testimony from the public about
access issues. Please coordinate through your appropriate representative: Chancellor David Armstrong, Chancellor
Cheri Yecke, Chancellor Mark Rosenberg, Mr. Ed Moore, or Mr. Cecil Kidd; or you may contact Dr. Klebacha
directly. So that we can coordinate appropriately, notify your representative or our office by 12:00 noon, Monday,
December 5, 2005, of your desire to present. Please bring to the meeting 75 copies of any materials you wish to
share with the members.

meeting materials will be posted on our website by Monday, December 5, 2005.
Our final Access Task Force meeting is planned for Wednesday, January 18, 2006, at the Hyatt Regency in the
Orlando International Airport. Additional information will be provided when available.
