To assist the Florida Department of Education in meeting its imperative of Aligning Financial Resources
with Performance, it is important that the Community College System account for and allocate resources
used to improve student and institutional performance. The purpose of this memorandum is to advise you
to your Business Officers in electronic format. This report is designed to provide legislative information
and to answer questions concerning gender equity/intercollegiate athletics funding within the Community
College System.
We are requesting that the report be prepared electronically and returned via email to Patti Askins at
