2004-2005 Cost Analysis Report
To assist the Florida Department of Education in meeting its imperative of Aligning Financial
Resources with Performance, it is important that the Community College System account for and
allocate resources used to improve student and institutional performance. The purpose of this
st Analysis Report forms and instructions
have been distributed to your business officers in electronic format. These forms are required for
the preparation of the Annual Cost Analysis Report.
The CA-1 and CA-2 are to be completed in Lotus Version 5.0 or higher and returned via e-mail
to Patti Askins at Patti.Askins@floe.org no later than
September 15, 2005
