2005-2006 College Operating Budget Instructions
The purpose of this memorandum is to advise you that the 2005-2006 Operating Budget forms and
instructions have been distributed to your college business officer. The operating budget must be
approved by the Boards of Trustees.
The budgets are due in the Division no later than June 30, 2005.
Please be sure that the completed forms are submitted by e-mail to Sophia.Gaines@fldoe.org. The hard
copies should be returned to Sophia Gaines, Community College Office of Budget and Financial
Services, 325 West Gaines Street, Room 1201 Turlington Building, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0400.
