    This document supports the mission of Florida's K-20 education system to increase the
    proficiency of all students within one seamless, efficient system. Through this and other modes
    of assistance, the Office of Educational Facilities supports the State Board of Education's goal to
    deliver quality, efficient services [Section 1008.31(3), Florida Statutes].
    The Office of Educational Facilities (OEF) has revised several of its forms. The revised forms
    have a revision date of January 2005. Please discard all previous versions of these forms and use
    the current revised forms. You may go to http://www.firn.edu/doe/edfacil/publications.htm to

    Please note Forms OEF 110A - Project Implementation Information Form, OEF 110B -
    Certificate of Occupancy, and OEF 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection are required to be
    submitted to the Office of Educational Facilities for all projects over $200,000, regardless of who
    reviews the construction documents for code compliance, issues a building permit, or issues a
    certificate of occupancy or final inspection.
    The following budget forms have also been updated. These forms can still be accessed at the
