the school day and are of high quality, research-based, and specifically designed to increase the
achievement of eligible children in attaining proficiency in meeting Florida’s Sunshine State
Standards.
According to §1116 of NCLB, the Florida Department of Education must notify potential
providers of this opportunity, maintain an updated list of approved providers across the state, and
