Request for Proposals – State Leadership Projects

 

Two new competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) are available from the Office of Workforce

Education for State Leadership in English Literacy and Civics Education, and Adult Education

and Family Literacy. The purpose of the grants is to create projects with statewide or research

based impact. Projects are competitive statewide, and proposals will be evaluated, scored and

ranked by professionals from the field.

The due date for applications is December 3, 2004.
