?
The Florida Department of Education, through the School Attendance Symposium, is in the process
?
of identifying evidence-based practices and programs in Florida's public schools that are having a
?
positive impact on school attendance and it's support to student achievement. The purpose of this
?
effort is to recognize and lend support to programs, and to share these effective practices with
?
school districts across the state. The School Attendance Symposium will recognize and promote an
?
exemplary practice which has been developed and successfully implemented in Florida. The
?
program receiving this recognition will be showcased at the annual School Attendance
?
Symposium, serve as a model practice and be awarded a $1,000 honorarium for program related
?
costs.
?
To Qualify:
