2004-2005 SY CHARTER SCHOOL ACTUAL ENROLLMENTS

This is a follow-up to the memorandum dated May 26, 2004 which requested your school district’s

projected charter school student enrollment submission on the ESE 022 Charter Schools Projected/Actual

Enrollments form.

This memorandum is requesting your submission of

actual

student enrollment in charter schools within

your school district. We must have a second ESE 022 report from each school district, even if your

district has no current, new or pending charter schools. The second report is due on September 3, 2004.

The report form may be revised and submitted to the Department as often as school information changes.

You may request an electronic version of the attached ESE 022 report form by submitting your request

via email to Karen Hines-Henry at
