    Each year, school districts and community colleges are required to update their Interinstitutional Articula-
    tion Agreements. These agreements “must be completed before high school registration for the fall term
    of the following school year.” [F.S. 1007.235(2)] With the arrival of summer, your district should now
    have in place an updated agreement.

    The Department of Education is required to “review each articulation agreement and certify the statewide
    course number of postsecondary courses that meet each district's graduation requirements” [F.S.
    1007.235(5)] To complete this review, I am requesting that your district’s agreement be forwarded to the
