Attendance Factor
Effective immediately, the requirement to request a waiver if a sponsor’s attendance factor
exceeds 93.4 %
does not apply to RCCIs.
With the issuance of this technical assistance note, FNM will assign an attendance factor of
100% to each RCCI. This change is based on the fact that the majority of RCCIs report a higher
attendance/participation ratio on the monthly claim, since students reside on campus and
participate in the meal services there.
