The Bureau of Instructional Support and Community Services is pleased to announce that

Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Rules—Excerpts for Special Programs, Revised

, which includes changes from the 2003 legislative session, is now available. Pending

resolution of the exceptional student education rules challenge, the revised and new rules will be

provided as an addendum to
