2004-2005 Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) - Planning

Document

On Friday, April 30, 2004, the Florida Legislature enacted the Conference Committee Report on

HB 1835, the 2004-2005 General Appropriations Act. Attached is a copy of the calculation of

the FEFP, produced by the 2004 Legislature consistent with the funding and policies established

in the Conference Report. The calculation is the planning document or first calculation for the

2004-2005 fiscal year.

Information for the review of legislation enacted during the 2004 session, is available on the
