In order to reflect legislative changes since publication of the 1998

Matrix of Services

Handbook

, a 2004 revision to the handbook has been developed and is now being

disseminated. Matrix regional contacts were asked to provide the Department with

information on the number of handbooks needed and to identify to whom the handbooks

should be sent. Handbooks are being disseminated in accordance with the information

provided by the regional contacts. A revised Matrix of Services Form will be sent to

districts, FDLRS Centers, and regional contacts as a .pdf file via email.

If you have questions about the matrix or the revised handbook, please contact your

regional contact person. If you need to know who your regional contact is, please

contact your local FDLRS Center.
