2004 JUVENILE JUSTICE EDUCATION INSTITUTE AND SOUTHERN

CONFERENCE ON CORRECTIONS

I am pleased to announce the

Juvenile Justice Education Institute and Southern Conference on

, to be held at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Orlando on July 12-14, 2004.

The Institute will provide important information concerning No Child Left Behind, Just Read,

Florida!, assessment, and other critical issues facing juvenile justice education programs.

Department staff will be available during the Institute to provide information and technical

assistance designed to help school district and facility staff design and implement quality

educational services for juvenile justice students.

Please share the attached announcement flyer with all concerned parties. The registration fee

for the Institute is $75.00, which includes a highly beneficial conference sourcebook. Additional

information regarding registration will be sent under separate cover.
