This year, in anticipation of funding for the 2004-05 school year, and because one of the critical
factors for success is that the coach is in place before the start of the school year, we will be
hosting the competition for reading coaches this Spring.
Please note that funding through any of
these grants is contingent upon the Florida legislature appropriating the requested funding for
Just Read, Florida!
Should the legislature appropriate less than was requested, awarded districts
will be asked to modify their grant request.
