NAASLN 2004 International Conference
Florida is pleased to be the host state for the National Association for Adults with Special
Learning Needs (NAASLN) 2004 International Conference, “Embracing Dialog for Improving
Services.” The conference will be held March 7-9, at the Wyndham Harbour Island Hotel in
Tampa, Florida.
“Embracing Dialog for Improved Services” targets educational, vocational, human service,
rehabilitation, and correction service providers working with a wide variety of adults with special
learning needs. Dialogs and conversations will be the core to this year’s conference–preparing
participants to return to local initiatives ready to explore service improvements. The agenda is
packed full of informative workshops and presentations for practitioners who serve adults with
disabilities and other special needs. As the host state, the association is offering Floridians a
reduced full-conference registration rate of $150, truly a value for an international conference of
this scope.
