Transcript Transmission Reminder
The first transcript transmission for the 2003-2004 academic year in support of the
High School Academic
Evaluations on FACTS.org
is now past due. Your district is receiving this notice as our records indicate that
we have not received transcript transmissions for all students in grades 9-12. Please see the attachment for
your districts’ reported transmissions.
Please note that some transmissions have yet to be loaded into the system. As a result, this report indicates
only those transmissions that have been entered into the system. If all transcripts from your district have been
submitted, we appreciate your efforts and timeliness.
As last year, all high school transcripts should be transmitted at least 3 times a year according to the attached
instructions and timeline. The submissions are made to the Bright Futures Scholarship System which is the
repository for all the data needed to support the evaluations.
