2002-2003 SAT OR ACT ALTERNATE ASSESSMENT OPTION
 
1. Submit this format by August 29, 2003, for all students who meet the score
requirements for using the SAT or ACT as an alternate assessment to passing
the grade 10 FCAT.
 
2. Eligible scores may not necessarily have been earned on the same test or in
the same test administration.
 
3. Zero-fill test scores and test dates that aren’t eligible. At least one FCAT score
must be filled and the corresponding SAT or ACT score.
 
4. Dates must be valid dates and not greater than 07312003. If applicable, At
least one FCAT, Reading or FCAT, Math score must be greater than 000.
 
5. If FCAT, Reading is greater than 000, then either SAT, Verbal or ACT, Reading
must be greater than 0.
 
6. If FCAT, Math is greater than 000, then either SAT, Math or ACT, Math must be
greater than 0.
 
7. If applicable, SAT, Verbal Score must be equal to or greater than 370.
 
8. If applicable, SAT, Math Score must be equal to or greater than 350.
 
9. If applicable, ACT, Reading Score must be equal to or greater than 14.
