2003-2004 Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) -

Planning

Document

On Tuesday, May 27, 2003, the Florida Legislature enacted the Conference Committee Report

on SB 2A, the 2003-2004 General Appropriations Act. Attached is a copy of the calculation of

the FEFP, produced by the 2003 Legislature consistent with the funding and policies established

in the Conference Report. The calculation is the planning document or first calculation for the

2003-2004 fiscal year.

Information for the review of legislation enacted during the 2003 special session A, is available

Information about the laws enacted in the 2003 special session will be added to the review as the

information becomes available.
