provided from capital outlay funds for projects authorized under provisions of Section 9(a),
Article XII, the Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Bond Amendment, Florida
Constitution, as amended.
These funds will be electronically transferred to the financial
institution you have designated on April 19, 2002.
