A required component of the 2003-2004 Perkins Applications for Section 131 and 132 is
addressing performance improvement on the federally required performance measures.
Performance charts for each local educational agency (LEA) applying for Perkins funds are now
ready and include two years’ data, making annual comparison easier.
The charts will be e-mailed to you by your newly assigned contact on the Office of Workforce
Education’s High Performance Team. Please work with your contact to ensure that the Perkins
performance charts are completed correctly and that proposed improvement plans are reasonable.
Return the completed charts to your High Performance Team contact for review and approval.
Once approved, the chart will be delivered to Grants Administration for inclusion in your
application.
